Susan Entwistle is an independent, UK artist specialising in contemporary, pointillist style garden paintings and landscapes.

Susan has exhibited her paintings for the last two years at the RHS Chelsea Flower show and will be again in 2012.

A Garden Painting for Prince Albert of Monaco

The painting above shows the Monaco show garden at Chelsea 2011 which Susan was commissioned to paint by the Principality of Monaco and presented to Prince Albert of Monaco in an event at the end of December.

Garden Paintings and Landscapes

Susan's unique style of art is created in layers of colourful dots to emulate the vibrancy of flowers, trees and foliage and to capture the essence of beautiful gardens, woodlands and landscapes.

Her passion for beautifully designed gardens has taken her all over the UK visiting various gardens from the stunning Cambo Estate gardens in Fife, the magical topiary gardens at Levens Hall in the Lake District to the beautiful gardens at Pashley Manor near Ticehurst in East Sussex.

She has also gained endless inspiration from the North East region of England where she has lived for many years including the beautiful Northumberland countryside and coastline that appears in many of her pointillist style landscape paintings and seascapes. She has now returned to her roots in a village on the outskirts of Nottingham where she is in easy reach to hundreds of beautiful gardens and landscapes.

Susan undertakes commissions for individuals as well as public and private organisations and can be contacted directly at her studio where she is happy to discuss individual requirements.
